Think Impact connects American college students and young adults with developing countries to alleviate poverty through a sustained commitment to social innovation, leadership and entrepreneurship.

We have developed a proven method for young leaders to implement community-based development projects through our Global Development Program which offers internship and fellowship participants to develop and implement social enterprises in rural communities.

Our alumni will become international entrepreneurs, policy makers, CEOs, and philanthropists who personally understand the potential for development from within local communities.

Think Impact provides American college students and recent graduates with a unique opportunity: not just a chance to visit Africa once, but an opportunity to begin a long-term commitment through its internship and fellowship programs. We envision an empowered generation answering poverty. As young leaders work in partnership with community members to identify and develop sustainable and entrepreneurial solutions and garner support in the United States for their project vision, they will join a growing movement of those committed to poverty reduction in the global south.

Our work has the potential to eradicate global poverty. Nobody in the global community should have to live without water, sanitation, food, basic health, educational opportunities or literacy.
